New Design Team member announcement!!
It was sooo difficult to only pick a few new ladies to join our design team and I have spend hours and hours looking at everyones blogs!
Before I annouce who has been chosen to join the team, I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who applied. I wish I could of took you all on, but of course that is not possible.
Quite a few of my blogging friends applied and it was so hard to not be biased and just pick people I know, so I asked for the help of someone who doesn't know any bloggers to make it fair.
I have finally chosen 3 new ladies but we will also have a few guest spots throughout the year, so I am also offering some guest spots which will last for a month (4 challenges) if the ladies in question would like to take me up on the offer :)
Ok, so without further ado, here are the chosen ladies for the full time positions!! :)

But each person will get to join the team for 4 of our weekly challenges (4 challenges in a row) between February and May, so please let me know when you email me if you are not available for any of those months and I will assign you a month that works for you :)

Design Team Call

Digital Tuesday is having a design team call !!
Do you like to use digital images or other digital elements on your cards/projects?
Would you like to be part of a fun friendly team?
Can you commit to making one card or other project using a digital image or other digital element a week for our challenge blog and comment on some of our challenge entries?
If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you!! :)
We are looking for a few new design team members to join our existing team.
DT Requirements:
Design team members are required to make one card or other project a week, which must include a digital image or other digital element (eg, digital papers or sentiment) somewhere on their card/project.
We have a commenting rota in place, and design team members are required to comment on some of the entries. Currently this is 2 out of every 10 comments but this may be reduced depending on how many team members we end up with.
DT members take it in turns to choose a challenge theme each week. You only have to choose the theme and do not have to do the challenge post.
Benefits:
Our challenge blog is just for fun, but we do regularly get digital images or papers etc from our sponsors to use for the challenges.
Most of the time you will be able to choose if you would like to use a sponsor image or not, we do not force our dt members to use images that they are not comfortable using.
However for events such as blog hops (which we only really have once a year), I may insist that you use a sponsor image, but you will get to choose which one you would like to use.

telling me a little bit about yourself and why you would like to join our team.
Please also include a link to your blog so I can have a look at your work.
If there is any cards/projects in particular that you would like me to look at, you can either send me a pic or give me a direct link to your blog post that it is on. For example, if you want me to look at a card that you feel really shows off your crafting style or your use of digital images, or just something that you are proud of making:) I love to look at other peoples work, so don't be shy :))
Everyone will be considered, so even if you have never been on a design team before or have only been blogging for a short time, don't let that put you off!
Edited to add: The design team call will run for a week longer than I first thought as I haven't had enough time this week to have a good look at all the blogs of people who applied.
I do not want to just "flick" through everyone's blogs, I want to spend time actually having a proper look at your blogs and giving you the time you all deserve :)
So for that reason, the design team call will run until Monday 30th January.
New design team members will be announced as soon as possible after the call ends.
